How do I find the right size?
To make sure you order the right size every time, please see our product page for specifications. The product page has the measurement of the dress as is. If you are placing a Pre-order for our Designer Wear, please refer to their respective sizing charts at product page.
How much does within India shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 999. For orders below Rs. 999, shipping within India is Rs.99. Cash on Delivery Charges are extra.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will take up to 4-7 business day to arrive (incase they are not preorders). For 3tier cities it can take 10-15 working days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you may return it and we will issue you a store credit which can be used within a year on our website. You just need to return the merchandise unworn, in sellable condition with tags attached and packed in the original box / packing within 7 days of receipt. All Accessories and Pre Orders are final sale. For more details please refer to our refund policy here.
Want to cancel the order?
Once an order is place it can be cancelled until the order is dispatched. Please email us on email@example.com to cancel your order.
If the order is shipped, we can not cancel the order.
Incase a COD order is rejected, we would not be able to provide that service again to the customer.
How do I exchange for a different size or color?
Your exchange must be processed as a return and reorder. Please follow the steps in our refund policy and then reorder on our website. We are always there to assist you at firstname.lastname@example.org - Please however note that this is not applicable for Accessories, Undergarments & Pre-Orders.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Bank tranfer, credit cards, Debit cards, Net banking and cash on delivery as payment.
I did not receive my order. What do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com, and we will initiate a thorough search of your shipment with the logistics company.
Do you ship Internationally?
As of now, we do not ship internationally. We shall soon begin that.
