Placing an order
You can place an order at Meemu.com via our webstore 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders are welcome over Instagram @meemukids. Once the order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer.
Tracking an Order
At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by logging into your account, we strongly encourage & advise you to register an account with us so that you can perform and track your orders at any later date.We will do our utmost to deal with your order in a timely manner. All orders (except Pre-Orders) will be processed promptly and an email confirmation will be sent within 24-36 hours. Shipping times must be taken into account as of the reception of the order confirmation email.
If any of the items are on backorder or are not available for immediate delivery, the customer will be notified by email and the customer can decide whether to wait for the item, cancel the order, or receive credit for the purchase of another item.
Meemu.com offers delivery to your every need! You can have your order delivered to your home or have a gift delivered to a friend. If the order is a gift, please indicate it at the time of checkout and we will have your item gift-wrapped. A personalised message can also be written, which will be printed on a card and added to the gift. Every Meemu.com order is presented in our charming paper and stickers!
Delivery charges vary depending on the geographical area of delivery.
Express orders that are high in value or high volume are subject to additional shipping charges, per weight and size.
India Shipping & Delivery ONLY:
For now, meemu.com only ships and delivers to India.
All orders that are over Rs. 999, are eligible for FREE Standard shipping
All orders under Rs. 999 receive flat-rate Standard shipping (3-4 business days)
All COD (Cash on Delivery) orders carry extra delivery charges as CoD Fees.
Unable to Deliver
If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call or message you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre and your account will be refunded for the order amount.
Cancellation of CoD Orders
CoD Orders cancelled will be returned automatically by our shipping partners to our warehouse.
If a customer returns the CoD order, future CoD orders to that customer would not be made available.
meemu.com aims to delight our customers and specially the kids that wear our fashion! However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return non-sale items & non-pre orders for a full refund in the form of Store Credit shall be given.* For a full refund (via Store Credit), all returns must be authorized by email: email@example.com
Please note that Pre-Orders & Cash on Delivery Orders are not subject to exchange or returns.
Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return number, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf.
The return must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in delivery.
Upon receipt of return, we shall refund you the amount as a Store credit which can be used on meemu.com within the next 1 year.
Any undergarments are not exchangeable/returnable.
All sale items are final sale. Items that are reduced for clearance are not eligible for exchange, refund/store credit.
